Dancik Channel Management Solution (CMS), provides a powerful and fully integrated solution that can help you automate the business relationships you maintain with your suppliers and dealers. CMS adheres to the fcB2B Standards, and enables Dancik users to offer their customers and suppliers the same electronic data interchange (EDI) services as those offered by the industry’s largest suppliers and manufacturers.

  • Purchasing
    Electronically transmit purchase order information to your suppliers, eliminating double entry of information into your system and then into a supplier's order entry website. Electronically process orders from your customers, reducing overhead for you and your customers.

  • Shipping Information
    Send or receive advance shipping information containing dates, item numbers, serial and roll numbers, and associated quantities. Eliminate manual entry of this data into yours and your customer's receiving systems.

  • Billing
    Invoices are transmitted from one partner to another eliminating manual entry and mailing of invoices. Incoming invoices from suppliers may be automatically matched to purchase orders and automatically placed into your accounts payable system. Electronic interchange improves important business indicators such as DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).

  • Item and Price Data
    Price catalog information may be sent from one partner to another, thus reducing the time and cost associated with new product launches and pricing updates. By supplying your customer with item data for their system, you create a foundation upon which complete connectivity may be built.

  • Order Acknowledgements
    CMS automatically acknowledges the receipt of purchase orders from your customers, and electronically transmits the planned shipping dates for each item they have ordered. CMS processes acknowledgements from your suppliers, and automatically updates the status and ETA dates within the Dancik Distribution purchasing module.
